Foreign citizens who do not speak Russian can undergo training at Admiral Makarov SUMIS under the University foundation program “Russian as a Foreign Language” on a paid basis.

educational certificate (diploma, certificate).
4. The original of
educational certificate’s supplement, which includes the results of final
exams, the list of disciplines studied, their volume (hours, credits, number of
weeks) and the grades received.
5. Confirmation of the
educational documents legalization: an “apostille” or a consular legalization
stamp (if legalization is required).
6. Duly certified
translations of educational documents into Russian with proper translations of
all stamps and seals (if they are not in Russian).
7. Copies of all
documents, listed above.
Translation may be certified
by a Russian notary, a Russian Consulate, with an “Apostille”, or by a notary
of the country which the Russian Federation has appropriate agreements of legal
support with and therefore no legalization is required.
The spelling of the full
name in educational documents must fully correspond to the passport data; the
spelling of the full name in translations of educational documents must fully
correspond to the translation of the passport.
